There is an independently operated pharmacy within the Main Building of Searcy Medical Center and one within the West Medical Center. Both are open during regular clinic hours.
After Hours Answering Service
If you need medical help after hours, please call the answering service at 268-4161. They will contact the doctor or nurse on call.
Insurance Filing
As a courtesy to our patients, we file claims with various insurance companies (see complete list of participating insurance plans ). Please remember that if insurance does not pay, the patient is still responsible for payment.
- Make sure you bring all your insurance cards with you to every appointment.
- For first time visits, we require payment from the patient in full.
- Minors need to be accompanied by parents, espcially on first visit.

Forms For Your First Visit
You may print and fill out the Patient Information Form to bring with you on your first visit. You may also view and/or print our Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA form).
